remove his brains until his skull caves inConsthe sales dept traiies to figure out how not to pay the bonus -- at one time it was quartly-- but becasue of high turn over in sales and field service -- they made it yearly- because people figured out that they were getting the short end of the stickAdvice to Managementyes after 35 years in this business-- everyone brags about the lies they tell the customer and their co worker-- and it takes awhile to get into the "inner-circle" and deceite and deception is a learning process, and if you don't fit they drum you out and slander you and say "well we didn't lose much" bla-bla bla, just figure you are being lied to -- and you are probably correct

We are able to dabble in a little of everything when designing and nobody will keep you from learning more if you're interested. Nearly everyone in the factory and in the offices is friendly and happy. People genuinely care about your life, in and outside of work, and it feels like a big family.ConsWhile middle and upper management are great, the company's hands are tied by the owner. He's old fashoned and doesn't seem to trust technology. No voicemail or direct deposit as well as restricted email and internet access to the point of inhibiting your job duties are among his technology faults. - Helpful (2)

The president is also good. Its the owner that's bad news.ConsOwner is a cheap old man from WI that has his hands in everything. Micro manages from across the lake. He's cheaper than cheap. Scated that people are going to steal from him. Doesn't allow the people in charge to do their thing. Long term employees are all going to retire soon.
